I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone that is in the market. In home estimate came in much more competitive than 2 other companies I looked at. From the day of the estimate to installation it was only a week! My 6 ft privacy PVC fence install was done in January . The fence looks perfect and the work was completed in one day. I will update on the quality after several months, but I have a feeling there won’t be any issues.
When we went back to the house when we could we realized the fence on the left front side was too low. If you open the gate it slides along the ground and isn’t even with the other side gate. We wouldn’t even be able to put grass down because the opening wouldn’t move.
Everythign started out okay with the company their sales person, was very attentive, showed us samples and was great on figuring out how to fix the fence. Really the only major problem was they delivered the wrong color fence on day of install. I called right away but was told that since it was the weekend no one was there that could help me. I had pictures of the sample that was shown and the color that was delivered and it did not match. I was told just have them install the fence and pay the work crew and it would be worked out on Monday. Since the sales person was nice and the work crew was amazing my failure was trusting the company.
We are writing this review in hopes the this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We had gotten the recommendation to use this company for a new fence by a friend. The background is that we recently bought a house and are renovating. We currently don’t live in the house and live a couple miles away from the house. We were looking to redo the back and front yards. So currently our house is surrounded by big piles of dirt.
Yes, All Island Fence and Railings offers emergency services. We are taking additional precautions to protect our customers. They took away all the old stockade fencing. They made some good suggestions about angling the fence on one end and dropping the other end from six feet to three feet. Fair price, quick turnaround, highly professional people, very responsive. Michelle was very nice, honest and upfront. Out of the 6 companies that came to give us a quote, she was the only one to tell us the main stair railings would have to be done in 2 sections. Freddie and his crew were on time, clean and workmanship was on point.
(It was a 32 foot job.) They were not only professional; they swept up after themselves and actually wiped each piece of the fence down on both sides. Just had a 6ft PVC fence and a railing for my front steps put up yesterday and I could not be more happy with the results. The crew was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. One side of my yard slopes down toward the street and the crew on site explained my options with me and made sure I was happy with it before they locked it all into place. Once the job was completely done they were meticulous with clean up.

The contract is vague, I am not a fence professional, but I would assume it would be common sense that you line up fences. If you cant stardew valley farm name ideas you would contact the home owner. My husband asked to speak to someone else besides Jenn because of how rude she has been to us.
